Leaps and Bounds... a hop skip and a jump into a healthy future!
At Leaps and Bounds Childrens Fitness Centre, we aim to provide fitness activities that are FUN.
Activity sessions are all group sessions with a maximum of 8 children participating.
The sessions will assist in the development of the childrens sporting abilities such as catching, throwing, jumping, running, as well as increasing cardio vascular fitness through games including challenges both for the individual and through team work .
Sessions include a Nutrition component (excluding Yoga class) to help your child to make Healthy Food Choices - supporting you as a the parent in educating your child.

The programs are NON competitive.
The sessions are conducted to allow the individual child to progress and improve their abilities. However, given the nature of the activities within the session, the children often don't even realise it IS exercise!
Personal Training for Children is also available to assist children with specific requirements – weight loss or strength gain, or for specific sport conditioning.
