Leaps and Bounds... a hop skip and a jump into a healthy future!
At Leaps and Bounds Childrens Fitness Centre, we aim to provide fitness activities that are FUN.
Activity sessions are all group sessions with a maximum of 12 children participating at the centre.
The sessions will assist in the development of the childrens sporting skills & abilities such as catching, throwing, jumping, running, as well as increasing cardio vascular fitness through games including challenges both for the individual and through team work .
We provide energetic fun for your precious one and an education in nutrition and healthy eating.
