Personal Training sessions for children will give your child the opportunity to reach their desired health and fitness goal with a dynamic trainer.

Sessions are programmed based on your child's individual needs.

Sessions are held for 30 minutes.

Sessions are fun and will assist you and your child in developing their fitness levels and concentrate on muscle tone, core strength, flexibility, aerobic fitness.

The sessions are individually tailored to your child and will assist your child in developing a  love for fitness and health.
