What if my child is ill?

Just a reminder that if your little Leap and Bounder is ill - cold, flu, runny nose, sore throat, temperature etc please keep them at home to get better!

All equipment is sterilised, and all children use the sterilising gel prior to class, and again of course prior to eating in the Mini Moves and Kinder Moves programs.

However, there have been some particularly nasty communicable diseases about in the past 12 months, and even sterilising can not prevent some of these bugs!

Please let me know prior to your class if you are not attending due to illness - either by email, sms or phone.

What if my child is unable to attend due to injury?

If your child has an injury that will prevent him /her from participating in the program for the remainder of the term, a credit will be given for the balance of your term fees if:

• A medical certificate is provided.
• The injury is reported within the first 5 weeks of the current program term.

The following is a fee structure  and  the applicable discounts for 2008.

MEMBERSHIP FEE

The cost of membership is $25.

Each member will receive a Leaps and Bounds T- Shirt. This is a once only fee.

CLASS FEES

• Mummy and Me  $8 per class. 30 minute class.This is a "pay as you come" fee.
• Yoga 4 Kids       $11 per class.  45 minute class. Term fee payable by the end of week 3 each term.
• Circuit Classes  $11 per class. 45 minute class. Term fee payable by the end of week 3  each term.
• Kinder and Mini Moves $15 per class. 75 minute class. Term fee payable by the end of week 3 of each term.

DISCOUNTS:

Please note that we offer a SIBLING DISCOUNT of 20% on fees.

An EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT of 15% is offered  if the full terms fees are paid in the first week of each term. See Fe for more information.

Fees are payable by CASH / CHEQUE / DIRECT DEPOSIT - Internet Banking -      Please  See Fe for bank account details.

Refunds

If a child cannot attend the remainder of the term due to medical reasons a refund of the balance of the term payment can be provided less a $15 admin fee providing notification and medical evidence is produced by the 4th week of the term.

Enrolments cannot be transferred to another child or another term unless for medical reasons as approved by the coordinator.

Refunds are not available for sessions missed by your child.
