Leaps and Bounds... a hop skip and a jump into a healthy future!
At Leaps and Bounds Childrens Fitness Centre, we aim to provide fitness activities that are FUN.
Activity sessions are all group sessions with a maximum of 8 children participating.
The sessions will assist in the development of the childrens sporting abilities such as catching, throwing, jumping, running, as well as increasing cardio vascular fitness through games including challenges both for the individual and through team work .

The programs are NON competitive.
The sessions are conducted to allow the individual child to progress and improve their abilities. However, given the nature of the activities within the session, the children often don't even realise it IS exercise!
Personal Training for Children is also available to assist children with specific requirements – weight loss or strength gain, or for specific sport conditioning.

The Leaps and Bounds Childrens Fitness Centre goal is to assist children in building Self Esteem and Confidence through fun and fitness - allowing your child the opportunity to build on their skills in a supportive environment.

Fun games and exercise are just part of the program at Leaps & Bounds Childrens Fitness Centre.
The Kinder Moves and Mini Moves Programs both include a nutrition component to help educate your child in making correct food choices.
Parents will also benefit from information sessions which will be available through out the year. These sessions will include information from both Nutritionists, Naturopaths and Dieticians.

Parents are permitted to utilise the Personal Training Studio whilst their children are in class!
Conditions do apply as parents must undergo an initiation into the equipment before utilising the studio.
