I am the mother of a 3 year old girl. I enrolled my daughter in the Kinder Moves Class at Leaps & Bounds in March. My daughter loves coming to Fe’s class – she is so excited on Wednesday night before her Thursday morning class. Fe plays wonderful games with the kids helping them to develop and improve their skills.

The Kids then make fruit rockets to help encourage healthy eating habits I love Leaps & Bounds too! While Fe has my daughter – I am able to get upstairs to her Personal Training studio to do some exercise of my own! This is invaluable and I really look forward to the opportunity of uninterrupted exercise! Fe wrote me a program and follows up with me each week. I would recommend Leaps & Bounds to any parent seeking a fun non competitive exercise program for their child.
